Custom tool management system
Tailored to our needs, JIG Tool Vending Machines provide tool storage, inventory control, and real-time monitoring of tool consumption. This allows you to predict future tool usage so you can order only what you need, when you need it. As a result, downtime is reduced by reducing costs associated with missing cutters and excess inventory. All of this saves you time and money. However, the JIG tool management software (GtMS) that controls vending machines does more than just inventory management, such as collecting actual tool life data and automatically evaluating it, and managing measuring equipment such as calibration date management. Surface coating
Cutting tools are exposed to high temperatures, extreme friction, vibrations and chip deposits. All of these can severely limit tool life, which can be remedied by careful application of thin film vacuum deposition coatings. These coatings reduce friction, dissipate heat and keep the cutting edge sharper and longer. JIG has a unique family of coatings that are specially formulated to suit not only the type of tool, but also the properties of the raw materials to which it is most suitable. Rigging expertise

We are also responsible for ordering replacement parts, resolving technical issues, and testing new improved cutters that are now available directly from the factory.
